Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Order details. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, the blocks you chose and any notes you send.
• Account and billing details. Once you become a customer we keep the details needed to run your account and bill you. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your site content. The text, images, media and settings you give us to build and run your site.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the service secure and working.
• Fan data on your site. If you use features like the VIP Fan List, we store fan sign-ups on your behalf. You control that data; we only process it to provide the feature.

2. How we use it

• To build, host, run and support your site.
• To reply to your order and messages, and send service and billing notices.
• To protect the service, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run ScarletHosts (such as hosting, payments and team messaging), under agreements that limit how they can use it. We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, fans or the public.

4. Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your own site uses only what its features need, such as remembering an age confirmation or keeping a cart.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you’re a customer and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Order enquiries that don’t become customers are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where the law allows.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private-by-default settings to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

8. Adults only

ScarletHosts is for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and, for significant changes, let customers know by email.
